Hi! I'm Sarah and online I am The Tudor Travel Guide. I have attached the bio that I created for the homepage of my blog below, but I thought I'd say a few more informal things here.

I have been blogging for nearly four years. I love it - and sometimes loathe the sense of overwhelm that I too often experience. I love my Tudor history and visiting historic places in the UK; I love sharing the history of these beautiful buildings with people around the world but I also want more balance; time to enjoy other things in life and spend time with my partner and family and my 15 year old dog, Milly. Life is too short to spend it glued to a computer screen from dawn to dusk! Plus, although i have made financial progress, I am not yet where I need to be to walk away from my 'other', 20 year career as an executive coach.

I am a bit of an introvert, although that surprises some people. I can be very outgoing, particularly on camera ,but I am happy with my own company, going long walks in the countryside, indulging in a spa, eating out or staying away (in luxury). I do like the finer things in life! Chocolate has been my achilles heel until late when I switch to a vegetarian keto diet and am enjoying the benefits of fasting.

I am so excited to be doing this course. I have high hopes for helping break through and definitely work smarter. Here's to the future and going full time as CEO of The Tudor Travel Guide!
